This S curve 12 inch adjustable wrench was made by Keystone Mfg. Co. in Buffalo , New York . It is a WESTCOTT No. 82. This wrench has seen considerable use as evidenced by all the ding marks but it still works very smoothly . The thumb screw works but it is a bit rusted and difficult to turn.
